Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders below $200 will ship for a flat rate of $6.88 via USPS Ground Advantage shipping within the United States. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and fulfilled. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with your order tracking number. Orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage mail and usually take 2-5 business days. These are estimated delivery dates and we do not guarantee delivery dates. If you would like to request an earlier ship date or need it by a certain time please contact us before ordering. If your order will be delayed or cancelled we will e-mail you directly. Selva will not be held responsible for delayed packages or lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.

 

International Shipping

International orders are accepted on special case basis. Alternate shipping charges will apply. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified immediately. Once you receive your Shipment Notification email with your tracking number, you should expect your package within 2-5 weeks.

We offer DHL and USPS options.  Your order may be delivered by your local post office courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.  We do not track packages once they have left the United Sates.  

 

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs, import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Selva. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

International orders, including EU shipments, may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
